Tina Clarke

Tina M. Clarke, 49, of Red Bank, NJ passed away Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at Jersey Shore Medical Center, Neptune.  She was born on July 14, 1969 to Verna Arleen Clarke and William “Shipwreck” Clark.

Tina graduated from Red Bank Regional High School in 1987, pursued her educational passion by attending cosmetology school, earned her Associate degree in the medical field from Brookdale Community College, as well as recent certification in medical billing and coding.  Drawn to the arts, she enjoyed reading and writing various types of literature and poetry in her spare time.

Tina took great pride in being an amazing mother and caring for children which was her true passion and joy.  She had an incredible love for children and always kept in touch with family and loved ones by phone, social media or hosting celebrations at her home.  She was always just a phone call away with an open-door policy for anyone in need.  She had an extraordinary capability of bringing people together with a willingness to make them her extended family/babies.  She was a loving, caring and compassionate woman with a fiery personality and strong relationship with God.     

Tina is predeceased by her father William Clark and maternal grandparents Stella Clarke and John Clarke Sr., She is survived by her beloved daughter Asha Clarke, sons DeVonte  Clarke-Young and David I. Clark; her mother Verna Arleen Clarke and step-father Charles Scott; siblings Ronnie, David Linda, Sheila, Lynette, William and Michelle; nieces Jessica, Djenay, Kiana, Liela, Kemeka, Tacarra, and Chawynice; nephew David; her grand-nephew Noah; a host of other family, friends, loved ones, her Living Word Church Family and dog Pooty.  

We will continue to cherish her beautiful spirit and warm loving nature while honoring her memory by being kind to one another, extending friendship with love and growing with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
