Earl Jeter Obituary

Earl Stanley Jeter was born on February 24, 1959, in New Brunswick, NJ.  His parents Rosa and Harry Parker raised him with endless love and care.  From a young age he had a warm heart, a joyful spirit, and a smile that could brighten any room.

He attended New Brunswick High School where he was a significant player on the basketball team.  After high school Earl went on to being an employee at Westinghouse where he met his wife and spent many years.

Earl loved attending sporting events such as basketball and football games.  Earl enjoyed attending church where he was a member of Morning Star of Princeton, NJ and Tabernacle Baptist church of New Brunswick, NJ.

Whether he was assisting with hosting an event for family or traveling, he always brought joy and love to those around him.

Above all, he cherished his family and friends deeply.  His compassion, laughter, and strength will always be remembered.

He is survived by his mother Rosa, his sisters Pat, Rose and Essie, his wife Madeline of 40 years, his children Tonia, Al-Tariq and Britne, a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many loving relatives and friends.

His beautiful spirit will live forever in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his father Harry, his siblings Jessee, Rosemary, Charles, Melvin, Perry, Gardenia, and we take comfort in knowing they have welcomed him with open arms.  Though his loss leaves deep sorrow, we find peace in the beautiful memories he left behind.
