Easton Thompson Jr. Obituary

Easton Castell Thompson Jr was born May 17, 1969, at Brookdale hospital in Brooklyn NY to Queen Elizabeth Singleton and Easton Castell Thompson Sr.

Easton spent his childhood in Bushwick Brooklyn enjoying football, baseball and playing skelly with friends and his younger brother Wayne. These early moments developed into a strong love for the NY Yankees and the NY Knicks. Easton and his younger brother Wayne went to Yankee games many times as kids even if they got there in the 7th inning, they were just so happy to see their favorite team. Easton attended the New York Public School system. After high school, Easton began a 4-year tour in the US NAVY.

After his tour end, he began his career in Security Services, where he obtained his license as Fire Safety Director for the past 15 + years. He worked for multiple companies; He was last employed by Wisdom Protective Services for 7 years and Harvard Protection Services for 3 years. Easton was a devoted hard-working employee and was adored by everyone he came across.

In 2006 Easton met the love of his life Keiann Sims, they were together for 16 years and married for 9 years.  In 2013 Easton and Keiann decided on forever, and held a small intimate ceremony surrounded by family and friends.

Easton was known by many different names: Cas, Mike, Dre, and Drew. These were reflection of his fun-loving personality.  Easton was the life of the party, whether he was deep in a spades game or dancing to some music, Easton knew how to set the party off. These moments will truly be missed.

Easton was predeceased by his parents Easton Castell Thompson Sr, and Queen Elizabeth Singleton-Thompson.

Left to cherish his memory are his devoted wife Keiann Sims-Thompson, 5 sons Justin, Castell, Cashaun, Micheal, and Tamorye, 2 daughters Kendall and Brooklynn, 3 brothers Wayne Thompson (Juliana) Shakim Richardson, Kelvin Thompson (Tracey) 3 sisters Caleen Oliver, Gelina Thompson, Yvette Lynch (Kevin), and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
