Francis (Frank) Krevis​​

Frank Krevis passed away peacefully at home in Raritan, NJ on February 28, 2024 at the age of 96.

Frank was a devoted family man and devout Catholic who was profoundly Pro Life.  He was born in New Philadelphia, PA and fondly remembered his childhood ramblings in that rural Pennsylvania area.  After his family moved to New Jersey, he was employed in various occupations as he pursued a college degree at night at Seton Hall University.  He was the first of his family to complete college.

He met the love of his life, Lois, in Newark, at a bus stop where he was about to get on the wrong bus.  God’s providence intervened and months later they were married at St. Rose of Lima church in Short Hills.  

He found his professional calling in sales.  A lifelong salesman, he had sold everything from elevators, to gift wrap, to furniture.  Along the way he moved to various parts of the country finally settling outside of St. Louis, MO for 45 years before returning to New Jersey 8 years ago.

Frank is survived by his beloved wife of 67 years, Lois (nee Dittrich), his children Ann (Tim) Baumgartner, Meg (Steve) Walker, Kathy (Mark) Zonca, Ted (Noreen) Krevis and Beth (Tom) Meeks, along with his 9 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
