Keshannar Kimpson

Keshannar Sharis Kimpson was born on March 21, 1970, to Inez Seymour and Joey Kimpson, Jr. She departed this life on June 27, 2022.

Keshannar was born and raised in Plainfield, New Jersey. She was educated in the Plainfield Public school System.

Keshannar loved sports and competitive activities. As a young girl, she jumped double dutch and won the regional tournament with her team. She also loved to laugh and joke around. Even when the situation looked hopeless, she would always find a way to push through. Keshannar was quiet and stayed to herself, but she was not to be played with. She was STRONG, in every facet of the word. She loved her family and would go out of her way to show that love. 

She leaves to cherish her memories: her loving mother, Inez Harrison of GA; her pop affectionally known as “DOC”, James Harrison of GA; one daughter, Brionna Kimpson Harris of NJ; one grandson, Chance Kimpson-Gibbons; two brothers, James Harrison, Jr. of Atlanta, GA and Joey Kimpson of Washington, D.C.; five sisters, Cynthia Harrison, Dianesia Bailey (Walter), Tracy Shider (Nate) of NJ, Jackie Stevenson (Micheal) of PA, and Brenda Watts of GA; and a 

host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, special family and friends.
