Michael Wilson

Michael Haywood Wilson affectionately known as “Money”, 32, departed this life on January 3, 2022, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ. He was born on October 7, 1989, to Dawn Jackson and Steven Moore, Sr.

Born in Brunswick, NJ, Michael was raised is South River, NJ. He remained a lifelong resident of the area. He attended South River High School where he played football for the South River Knights for Pop Warner and South River Rams in high school. He also played basketball for South River Rams. He was previously employed as a Gas Attendant at Sunoco Gas Station in Jamesburg, NJ and WorldPac Warehouse in South Brunswick, NJ as a Machinery.

Michael attended Union Baptist Church. He loved sports, especially football.

Michael was predeceased by a sister, Ambrie Walker; his great-grandmother, Sarah Mae Jackson; his grandmother, Lula Mae Moore; four aunts, Leslie Moore, Roslyn Taylor, Mary Jackson, and Joyce Taylor; one uncle, Michael Haywood Moore; and one cousin, Brittiney Jackson.

He leaves to cherish his memories: his mother, Dawn Jackson (Ronald); his father Steven Moore, Sr.; his grandmother, Glenda Reaves Jackson; six sisters, Loreale Wilson, Alyssa Wilson, Sadaiya Walker, Jhordin Jackson, Ernestine and Amira Moore; four brothers, Steven Moore, Jr., Deaven Walker, Diondre Moore and William Simmons; two daughters, Iyanna Horn and Ariella Wilson; his fiancé, Amalia Feggulis; two stepsisters, Shakira and Briana Jackson; one step brother, Daquan Jackson; his Godmother, Tosha Taylor; and a host of other relatives, cousins and friends.
