Razohnn Antione Gross, Sr. was born October 17, 1968, in Newark, NJ to the late Dwight Gross and Clarice Perry-Gross. During his life, Razohnn’s immediate family lived in New Jersey and Florida. He departed from this life on December 21, 2022.
Razohnn attended school in Pensacola, Florida where he graduated from Booker T. Washington High School. He then moved to New Jersey and resided in Plainfield, NJ, where he soon met his wife, and the mother of his two children, Laurice Watson. Razohnn and Laurice were married for 21 years and conceived two children Samira Gross and Razohnn Gross, Jr.
Razohnn was an employee at Pepsi Cola Company in South Plainfield, NJ. He also worked as a Supervisor under UPS management for several years.
From an early age, Razohnn loved sports and loved playing football. He also enjoyed coaching Pop Warner Football. As a coach and mentor, he changed young individual lives from going down the wrong path. In his late twenties, Razohnn gave his life to Christ, and was a faithful member of the Cathedral International in Perth Amboy, NJ. He also served as being a part of the security ministry.
Razohnn was a pillar in his community, a strong man of God, a devoted father, a beloved family member, as well as a loyal friend. He enjoyed family gatherings and attending his sons’ sport
functions. As a father he was very loving, attentive, and supportive. As a friend he welcomed you with joy and everlasting memories. Razohnn will be sincerely missed by many.
Razohnn leaves to cherish his precious memories: a daughter, Samira Gross; a son, Razohnn Gross, Jr.; one sister, Lashann Feaster; one brother, Michael Gross (Antionette); his stepmother, Mattie Gross; two stepsisters, Dianne Smith and Connie Smith; five nieces, Chakriah Feaster, Rebekah Rowe, Candace Rowe, Ineshia Booth, and Takiyah Thomas; six nephews, Colin Feaster, Jr., Michael Gross, Jr., Sean Gross, Tyrek Smith, Isaiah and Irving
Booth; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
