Ricky J. Williams affectionately known as "Slick Rick", was born on August 19, 1986 in New Brunswick, NJ. Ricky was the youngest of eight children. He grew up in Piscataway, NJ and was educated in the Piscataway School System.
Ricky enjoyed reading and learning new things and loved being an electrician apprentice. He took great pride in his craft and doing a good job was very important to him.
Family was everything to Ricky. He always shared fond memories of road trips to and from Florida, spending time with his relatives, and he especially cherished the time he spent with his grandfather.
He loved to travel the world. You could feel the joy he felt whenever he spoke about his recent trip to Arizona with his fiancée Kristal.
Ricky also loved sports. He could quote facts and stats faster than you could google them. He always favored the underdog. The Jets and The Mets were among his favorites.
A day by the ocean; on the beach was pure bliss. He recently developed a passion for all things Star Wars. Ricky was a true gentle giant with a smile that would light up a room!
On Thursday, August 5, 2021, Ricky departed this life for eternal rest. Ricky, may the force be with you! Our hearts surely will!
