Thomas Grant Jackson, Sr. passed away in his sleep at home on Thursday December 19,2024 at
91 years of age.

Reflections of Life

Time to be Born...

Thomas Grant Jackson, Sr., the first of three children, was born to the late Edgar G. Jackson and
Lillian B. Jackson on October 19, 1933.

Time to Grow...

Thomas grew up in Minneapolis, Minnesota where he attended Minneapolis Vocational High
School class of 1952. After high school, Thomas worked for Dayton's Department Store until he
was drafted into the Army in 1954. He served for 2 years and was honorably discharged in 1956.

Time To Serve...

After serving in the military, Thomas worked as a counselor at Operation DeNova. He then
utilized his sales skills to become a successful Cadillac salesman for over 30 years. He worked
for several dealerships including Columbus Motor Car, Crown Cadillac, Royal Cadillac, and
ultimately retiring from Open Road Cadillac in 2019. His sales expertise earned him many repeat
customers and a membership with the Cadillac Crest Club for his achievements.

Time To Love...

Thomas G. Jackson, Sr. met the love of his life, Tosca L. Jackson, in 1974 and this loving
relationship lasted 50 years.

Time to Mourn...

On December 19, 2024, Thomas G. Jackson, Sr. was ushered in and returned to his Creator and
to those loved ones who preceded him in death—Father, Edgar G. Jackson, Mother, Lillian B.
Jackson, and Uncles, Joseph and Floyd Patterson.
While we celebrate his life, we also mourn for the loss that will forever be with each one of us.
Thomas leaves to cherish his memory his wife Tosca L Jackson, sister Renee Wells, brother
Edgar (Linda) Jackson, sons Thomas R Jr (Diane) Jackson, Aaron R (Pam) Jackson, Kelly
(Song) Crockett, Scott (Amy) Sanders, daughters Dorene Jackson, Yevette Jackson, Jenifer
(Julius) Jones Jr, Kelli Jackson Gelin, Denise Burroughs, 20 grandchildren, several great-
grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, and numerous friends.

Time to Reflect....

As we look back on the life and the legacy of Thomas G Jackson, we know he was a
hardworking man who loved his family and his friends. There wasn’t anything he wouldn’t do
for them within his power. We love everything about you and will miss everything about you.
Your beautiful smile, your handsome face, and your dapper dress as a Cadillac salesman. We
thank you for instilling in us hard work, perseverance, the importance of giving back, and most
important never giving up.
